had a couple of bad days and mom's still treating me coldly. cos i told her i was bored. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?? ugh. but okay, chinese new year's 20 mins away. i must not bear grudges. =D
besides, had consecutive good meals, which only comes round once in a while, such as now. so even though my birthday kinda sucked, at least i had a few good meals!
good meals so far:
fabbrica with kennyken and jewel. italian.
prego with parents. italian.
spaggedies with kj normen david randall suyee joey. italian.
OH YES. and my wonderful birthday (5 slices of) cake(s)! we had it at canele. highly recommended okay must go canele to eat cake! cos cake is SINFUL and FATTENING. wont wanna waste calories eating cake that isnt superbly delicious right?? so even if its slightly more expensive, its worth it. and its not too bad really, the most expensive slice we had was 8.50 per slice, gst etc excluded. but yes, the point is that if ur gonna eat sth fattening must make sure its damn nice to eat.
yesterday we went out to play pool! =) I HAVE IMPROVED! tremendously! +bows to my two shifus+ though i lost to suyee, under the guidance of normen and joey. HAHA. but nvm i got more skill. HAHAHA. shh shh shhhhhh. (jk ok)
went to watch midnight movie aft that, with david and kj. inkheart was ... heh but i was the one who wanted to watch it, so sorry guys. +apologetic smile+ amusing to see them trying to stay awake though. =D maybe we should have gone clubbing and joined gomez and his friends! but guy to girl ratio was unfavourable to the guys, so as a loving friend must consider their welfare la huh. and kj's random yes or no application helped us make our final decision! therefore it isnt my fault, really. =D
after tt we went to marina bay (again). sang to kj's ipod and chatted while gazing out into the bay. fullerton's really pretty esp at night, and there werent any stars at all. david was mostly asleep. and kj fell asleep too at the end. his powernap became a deep sleep and we had problems trying to wake him up. its a nice place to hang out for free at night though, marina bay.
oh yes thanks to everyone for the presents! =D =D =D
going to normen's house tmr "rmb to wear red and bring oranges!!" ahahhaa! red it shall be. hope i don forget the mandarins. fun fun! hope we get to play games other than blackjack!
